Balance is a complex function that involves the coordination of many body systems, including the inner ear. Your vestibular system, located in your inner ear, is needed for balance and position sense. If any of the systems are disrupted, balance problems and dizziness can occur.

 

The Board-Certified Otolaryngologists at Red River ENT Associates can diagnose your problem and create a treatment plan based on your individual needs. We use videonystagmography, advanced technology, to ensure accurate diagnosis. Treatments for balance dysfunction vary and depend on the factors that cause it.  If necessary, you may be referred to the Red River Hearing and Balance Center located at our facility.
